30-day returns
We want you to love your WoodenKriti furniture. If you are not completely happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or customization.
- Please include your order number and the reason for return.
How to start a return
Contact our support team at hello@woodenkriti.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and the best way to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete.
